The routine starts off pretty standard for card manipulation routines but then moves on. He adds color and rhythm in such a jaw dropping way. By the end he gets a well deserved standing ovation. Many fellow magicians look on with childish grins on their faces.
As an professional wrestler, musician and now magician I've noticed that men are usually at the forefront of the field. Women are there, but they are often times just eye candy or in the case of magic eye candy misdirection.
